Prior to the pandemic only working in the office. Now totally working from home. The plan is to have 50% home office and 50% in the office.

Yes, it was required to travel before the pandemic to other offices in Europe.

5. What do you like about this work environment? What do you find challenging or what would you change?
I find it interesting applying advanced statistical techniques in this job. It is then challenging to explain the results to non-technical audiences.
6. Culture of company/country – What type of vacation benefits do you get?
30 days of holidays, 38 hours a week. The working time is super flexible. You can decide when to start and when to finish. The extra time can be used to work less in some days and even to take days off. As a senior role I usually work more than the 38 hours.

I usually hang out with my colleagues.

The company pre pandemic organized events and parties during the year.
9. What aspects of working for your company and in your geographic location do you love? What would you change?
What I really like is the autonomy and the flexibility to manage my projects and my working time. I would like to have implemented the opportunity to work from wherever you want in the world.
